In the debut episode of 'Episode One,' brothers Abel and Cain Zweihander, self-proclaimed 'fun-loving American brothers' who enjoy pinball, driving their Cherry Blue Catterham 7, and dating angel girlfriends, are summoned to the deathbed of their mentor, Jack St. Genius. He reveals a shocking truth: their parents were killed not by a mysterious bird, but by a million-year-old demon. To honor his final request, the brothers embark on a surreal quest to retrieve 'Mammon's Prick'—a sacrificial dagger said to open a portal to heaven. Their journey takes them through the seedy nightclub Sticks, where they must prove their legitimacy by building a better website for the club. After acquiring the dagger, they enter hell, where they confront Mammon, the demon who owns the artifact, and prove their worth as top-ranked supernatural hunters. They then travel to heaven, only to discover their parents have been murdered again—this time by the very demon they sought. The truth is revealed: the demon was actually God, who orchestrated the deaths to test and meet the brothers, whom he deemed cool. After a chaotic battle, the brothers defeat God, take his throne, and assume control of heaven, vowing to continue their adventures and one day finally meet their parents in a future journey. The episode blends absurdist humor, mythological parody, and heartfelt sibling dynamics, culminating in a rebellious, self-aware climax where ordinary men challenge divine authority with websites and wit.
The quest for emotional closure can lead to unexpected, surreal adventures.
Power and authority are not inherently divine—sometimes they’re just well-designed websites.
True heroism isn’t about destiny, but about choosing to keep going despite the odds.
Even gods can be outdone by brothers who know how to code and play pinball.
Heaven isn’t a reward—it’s a bureaucracy with a fractal moral structure and terrible customer service.

The God Showdown and the Throne Takeover
“We're in charge now. All right. Well, what do you think, Cain? Well, let him live. I think we better let this pathetic God live.”
“I just wanted to get a good look at you guys for myself. And I thought, how could I meet these cool guys and just like chill and spend some time seeing if they're cool or not?”
“I don't know if God's supposed to be the coolest person. And let me ask you this ultimate question. Do you, Cain and Abel's Y-Hander, believe that I'm cooler than Cain and Abel's Y-Hander?”
“I'll tell you where Mammon's Prick can be located if you build me a better website. Deal?”
